1. What we don't keep

Your prompts and completions are never stored or logged, and never used to train models. Request content is processed in memory to serve the call and then discarded. Cache entries are keyed by cryptographic hash of the request, not by content storage.

2. What we keep

To meter usage and operate the service we retain per-request metadata: timestamps, token counts, latency, HTTP status, deducted credits, and the API key used. We also keep account information (email, name) and billing records.

3. Payments

Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Card data never touches our servers.

4. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. API keys are stored hashed, shown once at creation, and can be revoked at any time from the dashboard.

5. Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time by writing to support@infercut.com. Deleting your account removes account information and metadata; records we must retain for accounting are kept as required by law.
